Tax and Homes LLC is a commercial financing brokerage focused exclusively on investment-property and commercial real estate financing. We serve real estate investors, developers, and commercial borrowers — structuring financing through our network of third-party lending partners.

We are a registered business entity, active on SAM.gov (UEI X8P2LE8SK2C7 · CAGE 252V8), based in Tamarac, Florida and serving clients nationwide. We work with counterparties — lenders, title companies, and transaction coordinators — who expect a legitimate, professional organization on the other side of the table.

What We Do — and Don't Do

• We don't publish rates, terms, or pricing — financing specifics are always discussed verbally, deal by deal.
• We don't make loan commitments ourselves — funding is provided by our third-party lending partners.
